铸牢中华民族共同体意识是促进民族团结进步、为社会稳定发展凝心聚力的重要举措,很有必要对中华民族共同体意识的概念构成与内涵特质进行深入剖析,进行采取相应的铸牢举措。在概念构成方面,中华民族共同体意识由"中华民族"、"意识"和"共同体"三个名词组合而成,对中华民族共同体意识的概念认识应当从这三个名词的概念上进行综合性把握。在内涵特质方面,"共同性"是中华民族共同体意识的根本属性,以对家园共同体、利益共同体、发展共同体、价值共同体所形成的看法为指向。在工作举措方面,要重点做好三方面工作:面向目标任务、抓住主线、深入研究和解决铸牢中华民族共同体意识的方法论问题。

In terms of the conceptual structure,the sense of community for the Chinese nation is composed of three terms: "Chinese nation","sense"and "community". So,the understanding of the sense of community for the Chinese nation should comprehensively grasp the meaning of the notion of these three terms. In terms of the meaningful connotations, "commonality " is the fundamental attribute of the sense of community for the Chinese nation,which takes as its orientation the view that community is a community for a shared homeland,community for shared interests,community for a common development and community for common values. In terms of work measures,we should focus on the following three aspects:1) Face the goal and task. The goal or task is the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The Chinese dream is the dream of all ethnic groups in China. We should not only solve the problem of the 56 ethnic groups jointly achieving a moderately prosperous society in all respects,but should also resolutely advance the goal of the common rejuvenation of the 56 ethnic groups2) Seize the main line. The main line is to forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and our efforts should focus on the word"forge". There are two aspects we need to keep in our mind: on one hand,we need to forge a basic concept. The leadership of the CPC,the guiding position of Marxism, the people as the center,public ownership,the socialist system,democratic centralism and the republican system are our foundations. These foundations are indispensable to the management of a country,as well as to the establishment of a scientific view of the country and the nation. On the other hand,we need to be aware of and enhance the following: enhance a sense of community for a shared homeland; enhance a sense of community for shared interests; enhance a sense of community for a common development;enhance a sense of community for common responsibilities; enhance a sense of community for common values; enhance a sense of community for a shared future,and enhance a sense of community of a common nation.3) Make in-depth research and solve the methodological problems regarding building a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation.Building or creating an ideology is different from economic or military work; it has its own rules which cannot be ignored. First,we should uphold the CPC's leadership,a basic feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics; comprehensively and accurately understand President Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for the New Era and his important discourse on ethnic work in the New Era; and especially grasp the core meaning of Xi's important speech given at the central work conference on ethnic affairs. Second,we should safeguard the highest interest of the nation,including national unity,ethnic unity and social stability. Third,we should seize the fundamental cause of ethnic unity and progress. Fourth,we should adhere to the Marxist scientific methodology,create a sense of the community for the Chinese nation,and dialectically solve the relationship between "one"and"the many",as well as the relationship between"sameness"and"differences".
