德阳市与阿坝州地处川西北汉藏羌文化交汇区，是多民族深度互动的典型区域，其跨区域协同发展为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供了鲜活的实践样本。两地立足自身地缘特征与历史文化基底，从经济互嵌、文化交融、社会共建、政策协同四个维度，生动践行了跨区域协同与铸牢中华民族共同体意识的积极关联。经济层面，通过产业协同、资源互补与利益共享，强化多民族利益联结；文化层面，依托“藏羌文化圈”与“古蜀文化”,以节庆共创、技艺互鉴与数字传播为纽带，深化民族精神共鸣；社会层面，借绵茂公路打破空间阻隔，通过公共服务延伸与生活圈共建，拓展民族互动实践场域；政策层面，以结对帮扶为抓手，夯实民族发展制度保障，将“四个与共”理念转化为可感知的实践成果，构建起多民族利益共享、精神共鸣、社会共担、命运与共的共同体培育模式。该模式为民族地区跨区域协同发展提供了可操作、可推广的经验范式。

Cross-regional collaborative development not only undertakes the economic objectives of promoting regional balance and factor mobility but also plays an integrative role in fostering social structural embeddedness and strengthening group identity,thereby effectively contributing to forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.This study takes the cross-regional collaborative practices between Deyang City and Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province as a case study,exploring how to strengthen the consciousness of the Chinese national community from four aspects:Economic embeddedness,cultural integration,social co-construction,and policy implementation.Leveraging the geographical characteristics of multi-ethnic(Tibetan,Qiang,Hui,and Han)settlements and their historical-cultural foundation,the two regions have translated the concept of "Four Shared Bonds"(sharing weal and woe,staying together through thick and thin,life and death,and sharing a common destiny) into practice through the following pathways:First,economic embeddedness is manifested in the establishment of a benefit-sharing mechanism within a shared industrial park:The Deyang-Aba Industrial Park tries to promote deep economic integration among multiple ethnic groups through the model of "enclave economy+industrial chain collaboration".Cooperative projects,such as specialty agricultural product processing and clean energy equipment manufacturing,contributed to a 5.5%GDP growth in Aba Prefecture in 2024,leading to a significant increase in residents' income.In addition,in-depth nesting of industrial chains has formed a risk-sharing linkage mechanism,strengthening the awareness of "sharing weal and woe" among ethnic groups in economic collaboration.As such,the Park was officially designated as the "Demonstration Unit for Ethnic Unity and Progress." Second,in terms of cultural integration,cultural-tourism fusion plays the role of a spiritual bond.The two regions integrated the ancient Shu civilization of Sanxingdui with the Tibetan-Qiang cultural resources of Jiuzhaigou.Activities such as joint research on intangible cultural heritage and collaborative cultural innovation transformed cultural differences into shared values of "Appreciate Each other's Beauty Together." The culturaltourism industrial park jointly built after the Jiuzhaigou earthquake further demonstrated the communal spirit of " staying together through thick and thin." Third,regarding social co-construction,the Mianzhu-Maoxian Highway has been enriching livelihood practices.A tourism service industrial chain has been formed along the highway;meanwhile,the sharing of medical and educational resources has also been promoted,constructing a social ecosystem of "staying together through life and death." Fourth,in policy coordination,paired assistance has been established as an institutional safeguard.Targeted education and medical assistance have been implemented through a policy chain loop and a three-tier collaborative network between Deyang and Aba.Over ten years,608 million yuan has been invested in aid projects covering talent training,kindergarten expansion in ethnic areas,and medical assistance program implementation.All these efforts help to realize a transition from " blood transfusion" to " blood-making",solidifying the institutional foundation of "sharing the same destiny." The Deyang-Aba case demonstrates that crossregional collaborative development strengthens interest linkages through economic embeddedness,deepens spiritual identity through cultural interaction,expands practical areas of cooperation through social co-construction,and reinforces institutional guarantees through policy coordination.It has demonstrated to establish a community-building path featuring shared interests,spiritual resonance,joint responsibilities,and a shared destiny,providing a replicable operational model for the modernization of ethnic regions.
